Wow, how time flies when you’re having fun…
… or taking some time out from blogging
… or working and traveling a lot.
Now, I am happy to get back into my blog writing and keep you posted, informed, entertained about running and training.
I’ll have two new posts up and running soon, reflecting on my 2015 Cape Town Marathon and the 2 day Oystercatcher Trail Race which I did not only attend together with my wife but also with our Magyar Vizsla Amy (that’s a dog)
