My individual rating of my fitness: very good, feeling strong. Peninsula Marathon in 27°C was a positive fitness test. Several pace training sessions went very well. Feeling well prepared for speed work now.

Since 1st of Dec. 2013 I ran almost 1000 km so far. This is a strong foundation. I’ll keep on doing one 40+ km run every week.
