There is one thing, I really don’t understand. If you are running in one direction and the wind is blowing into your face, when you turn around, it should come from behind. Right?

Or if you go up a long hill on a zig-zag route, you should at least once have the wind from your back.

Well, reality proved me wrong today 🙂

I did a longish run of 29 km, taking it easy to prepare for next week’s Three Peaks Challenge. It was a lovely run and I felt excellent, but the wind was pretty strong. It was one of the very few occasions where I did not wore a cap, because it would have gotten blown away. But you know, if you can run along the Atlantic Ocean, look towards Table Mountain in the sun and call this home, running against the wind is not really an issue!

For the following days I’ll cut back in running and will do maybe a 10 km run on Tuesday and 5 km on Wednesday – and on Saturday is the big day 🙂

I’m very much looking forward to it! I trust it’s good I don’t know what’s coming 🙂
