With a 50 km ultra trail race planned for Saturday (Three Peaks Challenge) this week is very relaxed.
One nice easy trail run (10.4 km) together with my wife and our dog on Tuesday and one easy 5 km run after the gym on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday I take a running break.
