After my first Devil’s Peak attempt on Saturday I took 2 days off. And on the third day I felt my quads…
Tuesday I did a lovely easy trail run together with my wife and our dog along pipe track, while on Wednesday I ran some 13 km after my gym session on the Gun Run half marathon route.
To avoid getting lost during the 3 Peaks Challenge, I checked out the route through the city, where we need to run going back and forth in between the peaks.
