AquajoggingIt’s amazing how much I enjoy being able to move around in a pool for 45 minutes 🙂

I’m really glad I wrote in this blog, that I would not run for 1 week (starting 9.4.14) to let my injury heal. Because otherwise I would have started running today again, since my foot feels ok.

Due to my new alternative sports discipline, Aquajogging, it was easier to stick to my plan as well!

As you can see in the video, my running track was not long at all. But if you put your mind to it, you can do that for 45 minutes 🙂

I have to admit, that my kind of aquajogging might not be the real one. I am running in an area of the pool, where I enjoy lots of uplift from the water, but I still hit the ground. Therefore I am moving through the pool.

Since I do not have any floating tool, like an aquajogging belt or so, doing it without touching the ground would turn out to be swimming – not jogging 🙂
