I’m waiting for my MRI report – but since today is a public holiday in South Africa, I need to be patient for one more day.
Yesterday we watched the current World Champion Triathlon (Olympic Distance) and the runner up competing at the Triathlon in Cape Town. Great performance by remarkable athletes. I’ll write another post about it with some nice pictures.
Today I opted for another bike session, this time a bit longer. All well so far. No complaints about my leg whatsoever. I feel I could go for a run just now…
