Usually, this is the toughest session every week, but it is inevitable to improve the pace.

According to my training plan I’m still in the build up phase, and therefore the intervalls were very moderate compared to my potential. Therefore it wasn’t scary.

4 x 2500 m, pace 5 min/km, with 1 km warm up/relax/cool down each.

That’s been really good to run, but I know the real challenges are yet to come. And they are going to come rather sooner than later.
