For the last few years my main shoe brand is Adidas and their Adistar Salvation. About 2 years ago they introduced their new “Boost”-range. At the same time they stopped selling the Salvation shoes.
I wore Salvation because they support the foot, and I need(ed) that due to over pronating with my right foot. The Adistar Boost officially is a neutral shoe, which usually is not sufficient support for my foot. But due to an incredible good deal I got, I bought a pair.
Having one neutral pair should be ok, at least for shorter distances. I also hope that all of the training might have improved my stability.
Today was the day I tested the shoe for the first time. Since the weather was really bad, I opted for a session on the treadmill. For one hour I ran a pace between 5:50 and 4:55 min/km and the shoes were great!
So far, I am very happy 🙂
