Session 90/2014 – Stunning, long trail run along Table Mountain – 20 km – 09.08.2014

The weather forecast was promising. So we arranged a trail run together with our friends Julia & Andrew along the slopes of Table Mountain.

My wife, our dog Amy and I started from home to add another some 5 km to this trail run.

It turned out to be the longest trail run we ever did and the longest run together with our dog ever.

And it was beautiful!

Thanks a lot to Julia & Andrew for showing us a new section along Table Mountain.
