A new type of session, called “downstairs” was on the plan.
It means: Intervalls which are getting shorter while increasing the pace.

- warm up

- 2 km @ 4:30 min/km
- cool down
It went really well. This means, I really need to increase the speed at my speed work sessions. Please remind me of that, when I complain about a tough session in the future 😉
