For the first time since I own thoses sunglasses I changed the lenses to the orange ones – I did not need sun but wind protection
After yesterdays 40km session I did just a short and easy trail run this morning.
It was a short round with some nice hills and very strong wind.
I was thinking about all the cyclists out there doing the 109 km Cape Argus Cycletour – and I’m lucky I was not on a bike with this wind…
