I took a 5 day running leave after my meeting with a bench last Sunday 🙂
It recovery period went well, it seems there was no real damage at all. Lucky me.
3 days after the accident I went on a indoor cycle for 45 min without much load and it went great. On Saturday I got back into running mode and it was fine.
