Indulgence breakfast on Sunday

I’m going to take it a bit easy for a while, folks.

I don’t have any big events planned for the next few months, and I’m pretty busy as well.

For a while I might only be posting weekly updates regarding my training, until the next phase of race preparation starts or I sign up for an event.

This posts covers 3 sessions this week. The first session was just a very short 2.3 km run. Why? I had to leave very early for work, but instead of doing nothing on that day, I opted for at least a short run. This is always better than doing nothing!
