I’m quite pleased with the training in November 2017. I managed to run 229 km even if I traveled for business in Europe for two weeks.

Luckily I could sneak in at least one 20+ km run every week during my travels + several shorter runs.

On Nov 25th I started with my weekly 35 km long runs – and that was quite exhausting. It got very hot and I wasn’t used to the distance, making me suffer for the last 15 km. But a week later (2nd of December) I did the same session, in cooler conditions, and felt great.

With a great November I officially started my preparation for Two Oceans and Comrades 2018.
